Whirlwind~

As I walk alone through the storm
The wind engulfs me
And I find it hard to breathe.
I slip and fall
And I cry out to You,
"Why have You forsaken me?"

But You smile back at me
Gently pick me up. And You said,
"I only wanted to take you breathe away,
Sweep you off your feet
Let you fall into My arms."

Though I can't see You, Lord
I will look up to the sky with faith.
Though I can't feel Your touch,
I will still reach out to touch You.
Though the whirlwind around me
Sucks me in, pulls me away, swirls me into chaos
While things crash against me and bounce away
I will grasp onto You
